THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TO PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES SOCIAL PROVINCES BALI
Abstrak
Performance improvement is one of the goals of Bali's Provincial Social Service. Transformational leadership and organizational commitment are important aspects for employees to improve the effectiveness and productivity of employee performance in achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment to employee performance. The method of determining the sample in this study using the census method, where the respondents amounted to 65 employees of the Bali Provincial Social Service. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of the analysis shows that transformational leadership have positive and significant influence to the performance and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence to the performance of the employees of Bali Provincial Social Service. Suggestions for the Bali Provincial Social Service should pay attention to inspirational motivation and continuance commitment to further improve the performance of Bali Provincial Social Services staff.
