PENGARUH PERSEPSI KEMUDAHAN PENGGUNAAN, KUALITAS LAYANAN, DAN RISIKO KEAMANAN INFORMASI TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN DOMPET DIGITAL

Abstrak

The use of digital wallets to date can still be said to be uneven and not all UMKM can accept payments using this digital wallet. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, service quality, and information security risk on digital wallet usage. This study uses a non-probability sampling method of purposive sampling type. The research data was collected with an online questionnaire via google form and resulted in 125 respondents of digital wallet users in Denpasar City. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is revealed that information security risk has a positive and insignificant effect on digital wallet usage, while perceived ease of use and service quality have a positive effect and significant on digital wallet usage. This study provides theoretical implications in the form of support for the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Technology Acceptance Model and provides practical implications that can be used as a consideration for digital wallet service providers.
