MANFAAT PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN INDIVIDUAL TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL TENTANG HEPATITIS B DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM KARANGASEM TAHUN 2023

ABSTRACT
Health education is a dynamic process of behavior change is not just a process of transferring material/theory from one person to another and also regulates procedures, so that pregnant women voluntarily and based on awareness, full attention, will accept the behavior (change behavior) about Hepatitis B in pregnant women. The research objective was to find out the benefits of individual health methods on the level of knowledge of pregnant women about Hepatitis B studies conducted at the Karangasem Regional General Hospital in 2023. Research design pre-experiment one group pre-test-post-test, intervention with individual health methods. The sample size of 25 people was taken by purposive sampling. Analysis with Wilcoxon. The average result of knowledge before being given an intervention was 54.8, the average after being given an intervention was 64.8. Wilcoxon test results p value 0.001. The conclusion is that individual health education methods are useful for increasing pregnant women's knowledge about Hepatitis B at the Karangasem Regional General Hospital in 2023. Suggestions for health workers to improve individual health promotion, especially those related to Hepatitis B
