STRUKTUR MORFOLOGI TANAMAN TEBEL-TEBEL YANG TUMBUH PADA POHON RONTAL (Borassus flabellifer L.) DI KAWASAN BUMI PERKEMAHAN CEKIK TAMAN NASIONAL BALI BARAT

Abstrak

This research was conducted to determine the morphological characteristics and the
name of species tebel-tebel plant that grows on rontal trees (Borassus flabellifer L.) in Cekik
Campgrounds area of West Bali National Park. The method was used observation and
description morphological character of plant parts along with species identification. The
results showed tebel-tebel plant have the following characteristics: epiphytic plants, roots
ticker, woody stems (lignosus), climbing with the twisted branches (scandens), oval leaf
shape (ovatus) until lancet (lanceolatus), bouquet of flowers bunches, petals 5, yellowish
white, corona 5, base colored purple, pistil and stamens united to form ginostegium, fruit
tube, needle-shaped seed include spread instrument such as fine hairs, is a character trait of
the species Hoya parasitica Wall.
