Abstrak

ABSTRACT
The presence of weeds in rice plants will cause a decrease in production if weeds are not controlled effectively, because they can affect growth and reduce food crop production. This research aims to determine types and diversity of weeds that grow on rice-field in Cempaga, Bangli. This research was conducted in Cempaga, Bangli in March-May 2020. Samples were collected randomly using the quadratic method about three times, on the 8th, 10th week and the 12th, so that the number of samples taken every 2 weeks are 15 plots with a size of 1x1m, and the data taken is the types of weeds contained in the plot. The results showed that the types of weeds that grew in the study area were quite varied, there were 781 individuals, 12 species and 8 families, where the most weeds appeared in the plots, namely Pusut-pusut plants which appeared in 23 plots and had relative dominance 49.31%, while the least weeds were Swamp Nails that only appeared on one plot 0.00%. This means that the plants that have the most potential to interfere with the staple plants are the Pusut-pusut plants wich are dispersed in cluters. Pusut-pusut also have the highest INP value 103.45%.
