THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION TO ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND TURNOVER INTENTION ON AGENT OF PRU MEGAS
Abstrak
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on organizational commitment and turnover intention on PRU Megas agent. This research was conducted on subsidiary company of PT. Prudential Life Assurance (Prudential Indonesia) named PRU Megas is located in the masceti bypass road Prof. Ida Bagus Mantra, Gianyar, Bali using 65 people as research respondents. Sample determination technique used in this research is census technique. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis processed using SPSS software. The results obtained in this study indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Based on the results of the analysis, this study shows that compensation has a positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention and compensation negatively affect turnover intention.
