ANTESEDEN NIAT UNTUK KELUAR DI INDUSTRI PERHOTELAN: TINJAUAN LITERATUR SISTEMATIS
Abstrak
Penelitian yang dilakukan sebelumnya menyatakan bahwa di negara-negara maju maupun berkembang kasus turnover masih merugikan perusahaan secara signifikan, ditambah dengan adanya fenomena di tahun 2024 banyak profesional yang berniat mengundurkan diri dari pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan merangkum secara sistematis terkait anteseden dari turnover intention di industri perhotelan. Proses tinjauan literatur menggunakan pendekatan naratif yaitu teknik Systematic Literatur Review (SLR) dan meta-analisis dengan mengumpulkan 345 artikel dari mesin pencari Harzing’s Publish or Perish yang bersumber dari database Scopus dan Google Scholar dan menemukan 22 artikel Q1 yang relevan yang membahas turnover intention pada industri perhotelan. Hasil penelitian ini melakukan pemetaan dan menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal individu seperti kelelahan emosional, perasaan pelanggaran kontrak psikologis, perasaan ketidakamanan kerja merupakan anteseden yang cenderung memiliki pengaruh yang lebih banyak terhadap niat untuk keluar dari organisasi ketimbang faktor-faktor eksternal masih cenderung sangat jarang di gunakan sebagai anteseden dalam penelitian terkait turnover intention khususnya pada industri perhotelan, meskipun faktor eksternal juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor eksternal masih sangat terbuka dan menarik untuk dikaji bagi penelitian selanjutnya. Serta penelitian ini memberikan ringkasan yang dapat memberikan manfaat praktis bagi manajemen industri perhotelan dalam mengidentifikasi penyebab tingginya angka turnover intention karyawan.
