IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI LAYANAN INFORMASI BUDIDAYA JERUK DENGAN LAYANAN INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS BERBASIS ANDROID BAGI MASYARAKAT DESA BUNUTIN KINTAMANI BANGLI

Abstrak

This community service activities, Science and Technology for Community (IbM) funding scheme, it has resulted an application of information service for orange cultivation based on Android with geographic information service. The applications can be used by farmers/communities in the village of Bunutin, Kintamani, Bangli, as a medium of information and learning in citrus cultivation. This application consists of three main menus, namely, How to Cultivate, Pest /Plant Disease and Location. How technology especially Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can help rural communities who have livelihoods as citrus farmers in Bunutin village to improve their economy? From the question, in this program, it has created ICT application of information service for orange cultivation based on Android which is equipped with geographic information service. This program is expected to support government programs in overcoming the digital divide (closer the gap between city and rural communities in term of digital technology), and can be created a smart village.
