PENERAPAN MESIN PENGEPRES KRUPUK PADA INDUSTRI KECIL KRUPUK CACING

Abstrak

One of the home industry krupuk cacing "Ibu Endang" which is managed by Mrs. Endang is located in Tuwed, Melaya district, Jembrana-Bali. Although this home industry is relatively old but the equipment used is still very simple so that in the present circumstance the profit is very small, due to not increase the production result caused by the limited of production equipment. Based on the description, as well as in an effort to overcome the existing problems, the objectives and outcomes of the activities designed are: 1) Produce a krupuk dough pressing machine that can produce krupuk products with the performance of the tool can be operated with more and more results both compared with the use of conventional tools / methods. 2) Increase the skill of the small enterpreneur. 3) Provision of knowledge about management, safety and quality control of products. The devotion activities are carried out in home industry partner Ibu Endang, Tuwed Village, Kec. Jembrana style which starts with a demonstration of equipment and the introduction of safety. This activity was held on September 25, 2016. This machine that can help entrepreneurs krupuk in improving the production, which from the results of the experiment there is an increase in production on the pressing step almost 4-fold. This training can improve the skill of the work force in producing specially on the pressing step.
