ANALISIS DAYA DUKUNG DAN PENURUNAN PONDASI BORED PILE PADA PROYEK PEMBANGUNAN TAMAN TEKNOLOGI TURYAPADA TOWER KOMUNIKASI BALI SMARTS (KBS)
Abstrak
Development of the Turyapada Tower is a priority program of the Bali Provincial government, this is to support the integrated and multi-functional telecommunication infrastructure development program for integrating terrestrial digital TV broadcasting services, cellular telecommunication, internet, and community radio communication in the form of a Joint Communication Tower. The Turyapada Tower construction project is carried out by PT. Hutama Karya (Persero) as the implementing contractor with a budget plan of IDR 283,362,242,000.00. The Turyapada Tower construction project uses a bored pile type foundation as part of the lower structure with consideration of efficiency and equipment mobilization because the construction site is on a hillside. From the field SPT data, in this study, the analysis of the bearing capacity and decrease of the bored pile foundation was calculated using two methods, namely the manual method and the Allpile software method. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the amount of foundation carrying capacity reviewed by the manual method was 17,154.73 kN and with Allpile software of 22,534,479 kN with a strong difference in carrying capacity comparison of 5,379.74 kN
