ANALISIS SEKTOR UNGGULAN SEBAGAI STRATEGI PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI DI KABUPATEN BANGKA TENGAH
Abstrak
The existence of regional autonomy policy is an opportunity for local governments to independently carry out development while still adjusting to the law, but in reality they often face the challenge of low GRDP value, such as Central Bangka which is only Rp6,679,461.71 and its growth rate is only 2.96 percent, making it in the third lowest position compared to other districts or cities, and its value has not reached the provincial standard. Dependence on the primary sector is also an obstacle to the development of economic growth so that more targeted development planning is needed to encourage economic diversification, in line with the objectives of this study as a strategic step to identify superior sectors. Through a quantitative approach with secondary data of GRDP ADHK of Central Bangka Regency and Bangka Belitung Islands Province with a time series of 2018-2023, as well as the Location Quoetient, Shift Share, Klassen Typology, MRP, and Overlay methods, it was found that the Construction, Wholesale and Retail Trade, Car and Motorcycle Repair, Transportation and Warehousing, Provision of Accommodation and Food and Beverage, Information and Communication, Government Administration, Defense and Compulsory Social Security, Education Services, and Health Services and Social Activities sectors are basic sectors so that they are recommended to be made a priority for economic development.
