DETERMINAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN: KAJIAN EMPIRIS PERUSAHAAN SUB-SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
Abstrak
The company was founded with the aim of maximizing the prosperity of the company owner or shareholder, which is reflected in the value of the company. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of profitability, liquidity, capital structure, and economic value added on firm value. This study uses an associative quantitative research method that was conducted at companies in the food and beverage sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012–2021. The method of determining the sample in this study was a non-probability sampling approach with a purposive sampling technique, and a sample of 25 companies with 250 observations was obtained. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) is used in this research. The results of this study indicate that profitability, capital structure, and economic value added have a positive effect on firm value while liquidity has a negative effect on firm value.
