EFEKTIVITAS INTERVENSI KEPERAWATAN KOMUNITAS DALAM MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMELIHARAAN KESEHATAN ANAK USIA SEKOLAH DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19
Abstrak
The population of school-age children is part of a group that is prone to illness, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it is important to provide appropriate nursing interventions according to the problems at hand. This study aims to determine the improvement of health care in the aggregate of school-age children. The method used is action research. Data collection on health problems is done online with a google form. Nursing interventions are provided semi-online in combination with google meet containing health education on toothbrushing and hand washing, group teaching, and video health education related to the dangers of akohol and cigarettes. The evaluation instruments used are knowledge: health promotion, and obedient behavior: recommended activities. The results showed that the outcome of knowledge: health promotion increased from an average of level 2 (limited knowledge) to level 4 (many knowledge), and the outcome of obedient behavior: recommended activities increased from level 2 (rarely shown) to level 4 (often shown). The conclusion of this study was that there was an improvement in the ability to maintain the health of school-age children during the COVID-19 pandemic after being given semi-online community nursing interventions.
