HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP TENTANG KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI DENGAN PERILAKU SEKSUAL REMAJA SMA DI SEKOLAH ISLAM TERPADU KOTA DENPASAR

Abstrak

Adolescents according to the World Health Organization (WHO) are individuals aged 10-19 years. Adolescents are a high-risk group sexually because adolescents are in a phase of physical and psychological change. According to the 2017 IDHS, the highest STI cases in Indonesia occurred in unmarried women at 20% of the age range 15-19 years (21%). Formal education plays a role in increasing the knowledge and sexual behavior of adolescents. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of adolescents about reproductive health with sexual behavior of high school adolescents in Integrated Islamic Schools in Denpasar City.
This research is an analytic quantitative research and cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used Two Stage Random Sampling with a sample size of 172 class XII students. Data analysis technique using Binary Logistic Regression. The results showed that adolescents with low knowledge 118 (68.60%) and 54 (31.40%) were highly knowledgeable, adolescents with positive attitudes 120 (69.77%) and negative attitudes 52 adolescents (30.23%), and sexual adolescents at risk 131 people (76.16%) and not at risk 41 adolescents (23.84%). The results of multivariate test analysis showed that the level of adolescent knowledge had a significant relationship with adolescent sexual behavior (p-value <0.001) and attitude did not have a significant relationship with adolescent sexual behavior (p-value 0.05) after being controlled by other variables.
