PERAN STRES KERJA MEMEDIASI PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA COMO SHAMBHALA ESTATE
Abstrak
Employee performance is the level of success of the employee in completing his job. Work environment refers to the organizational atmosphere in which employees do their jobs. Stress is a condition where a person experiences tension because of the conditions that affect it, this condition can be obtained from within a person or from an environment outside a person. This study aims to determine the Role of Job Stress in Mediating the Effect of Work Environment on Employee Performance at Como Shambhala Estate. This research was conducted at Como Shambhala Estate. Respondents used a number of 31 people consisting of front office and houskeeping department employees with a saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, distributing questionnaires through google forms and observation. The data analysis techniques used in the study were path analysis and sobel test. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a negative and significant effect on work stress. Job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Job stress significantly mediates the relationship between work environment and employee performance.
