Abstrak

Abstract


Food Estate is a program listed in the 2020-2024 National Strategic Program that aims to form an Indonesian food barn to preserve national food. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Food Estate program in 2020-2022 and to see how it will affect food security and sustainable development efforts in point 2 regarding food. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The resources used are secondary data from various sources. This study uses analysis techniques by thematic data to identify patterns and find themes in the data obtained and presented in a descriptive narrative. The results of the study show that Food Estate has been carried out and considered successful in Central Kalimantan, North Sumatra, and East Nusa Tenggara. Food Estate contributes significantly to increasing national food production and national food resilience. This shows that Food Estate Indonesia has the potential to become an effective strategy in the interests of development to realize Zero Hunger.
