ANALISIS MODEL POLITIK BIROKRATIK: KEPUTUSAN INDONESIA BEKERJASAMA DENGAN TIONGKOK DALAM PROGRAM INVESTASI KCJB
Abstrak
This research analyzes the process of the Indonesia's policy choosing China as a cooperation partner. The author uses the concept of the bureaucratic political model according to Graham T Alisson as an analytical tool. This concept explains that the Indonesian government's decision to choose China is a political resultant that involves various elements in the bureaucracy. It is influenced by quality decisions, the role of agents as players, framing issues, making regulations to the influence of the complexity of collective action. The overlapping interests of several ministries involved experience tug-of-war negotiations so that the decisions born are part of the social/political process not from individual rational considerations.
